Roast beef ramen with grass-fed beef bone broth

Spicy grass-fed beef broth with juicy roast beef is exactly what you need after a long day. Don't worry, no excuses: you've never cooked so quickly before . Cooking yourself instead of having it delivered is the motto here! It tastes much better anyway. 

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300ml organic pastured beef bone broth
  • 100g cooked ramen noodles
  • 8 slices of roast beef
  • 50g Mu-Eer mushrooms (alternatively shiitake mushrooms)
  • 1⁄2 red onion
  • Cress and sesame for garnish

And so it goes:

  • Heat our organic pastured beef broth in a pot. Pour the warm broth into your bowl, add the already cooked ramen noodles, the roast beef 20 slices and the mu-eer mushrooms (or other mushrooms of your choice). Finally, garnish your ramen with half a finely diced red onion. A little cress and sesame not only look nice, but also enhance the taste of your soup.
