Tom Yam


  • 525ml Tom Yam broth
  • 250g peeled organic shrimp
  • 250g brown mushrooms
  • Leek onion
  • fresh coriander

And so it goes:

  • Clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Heat the pot and fry the mushrooms without oil.
  • When the mushrooms have the desired color, pour in the Tom Yam broth and heat it up, but do not boil it.
  • Add shrimp and let simmer for about three to four minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl with chopped coriander and spring onion. Rice or baguette goes well with this.
