Tantan Ramen - the Japanese adaptation of Dandan noodle soup, which has its origins in Szechuan, China - tastes wonderfully creamy, slightly spicy and mildly sweet. The perfect combination fills all taste buds with warmth and is perfect for cold winter days. With our Tantan seasoning sauce and our Tonkotsu base, you can easily cook the tasty noodle soup in no time, without any seasoning.
Ingredients:
- 200g ramen noodles
- 2 pak choy
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- 2 handfuls of sprouts
- 1 handful of peanuts
- 90ml Tantan seasoning sauce
- 525ml Ramen Basic Tonkotsu
- 2-3 tbsp chilli oil
ZUBEREITUNG
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cook the egg in a separate pot until soft, about 6 minutes. Briefly fry the pak choi in parallel.
- Heat Tonkotsu soup base combined with Tantan seasoning sauce (do not boil).
- Peel and halve eggs. Divide noodles, pak cho and egg into soup bowls. Add chili oil. Pour in the broth and sprinkle with sprouts and peanuts.
