You can find more great recipe ideas from Momo on his Instagram profile: https://www.instagram.com/momosdailykitchen/ Ingredients for 4 persons: 1 bottle of pasture beef bone broth 250g ground beef 2 onions 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 can of kidney beans 1 can of corn 4 potatoes Salt, pepper, chilli, parsley ZUBEREITUNG Fry the minced meat until spicy. Season each with 1 teaspoon of the spices mentioned above. Dice the onions, add them and fry everything until golden brown. Add the pasture beef bone broth and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and corn. Peel, dice and mix in the potatoes. Simmer for another 15 minutes and serve with fresh parsley Tastes great at lunchtime, in the evening or simply in between and, best of all, the next day. Also delicious with nachos! Enjoy it!
