Ingredients:
- 525ml Power Of The Sun
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200g yellow lentils
- 100g yogurt
- coriander
- Salt/sugar
ZUBEREITUNG
- Peel the shallots and garlic, chop finely and sweat in a pot with hot oil until translucent. Then caramelize with a little sugar.
- Or:
- Add the lentils and simmer for about 30 minutes. When the lentils are cooked, remove them from the heat. Season with salt. Serve in a bowl with chopped coriander and yogurt.
