Ingredients:
- 525ml Tom Yam broth
- 250g peeled organic shrimp
- 250g brown mushrooms
- Leek onion
- fresh coriander
ZUBEREITUNG
- Clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Heat the pot and fry the mushrooms without oil.
- When the mushrooms have the desired color, pour in the Tom Yam broth and heat it up, but do not boil it.
- Add shrimp and let simmer for about three to four minutes.
- Serve in a bowl with chopped coriander and spring onion. Rice or baguette goes well with this.
