Fancy a light summer dish that's ready in just a few minutes? "Kake Soba" is a simple and delicious Japanese noodle dish where buckwheat noodles (soba) are served in a hot broth made from dashi, soy sauce and mirin. Bring variety and full flavor to your kitchen!
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bottle of Ramen Dashi Umami broth (525 ml each)
- 200 g SOBA noodles
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- according to taste J.Kinski Shichimi Togarashi spice mix
ZUBEREITUNG
- Wash the chives, pat dry and chop finely. Set aside.
- Put mirin and soy sauce in a pot and bring to the boil.
- Add the dashi broth, bring to the boil again and then keep warm.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Arrange the (well) drained pasta in a bowl.
- Pour the warm broth over the noodles and top with the chopped chives and a pinch of Shichimi Togarashi.
