Indische Linsensuppe

Indian lentil soup


  • 525ml Power Of The Sun
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200g yellow lentils
  • 100g yogurt
  • coriander
  • Salt/sugar

And so it goes:

  • Peel the shallots and garlic, chop finely and sweat in a pot with hot oil until translucent. Then caramelize with a little sugar.
  • Or:
  • Add the lentils and simmer for about 30 minutes. When the lentils are cooked, remove them from the heat. Season with salt. Serve in a bowl with chopped coriander and yogurt.
