Chicken soup that everyone loves!

With our delicious chicken soup recipe you will provide yourself with an extra portion of energy. Not a bad idea, not just in the cold season! Because chicken soup is an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

  • 500ml free range chicken bone broth
  • Onion
  • Leek
  • Piece of ginger
  • 2 carrots
  • Piece of celery
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Pepper salt
  • Alphabet noodles

And so it goes:

  • First you take on the vegetables. Quarter your onion and cut the leek, carrots and celery into strips. Grate the ginger finely.
  • First, sauté the vegetables in a large pot until they are translucent. Then you deglaze it with our organic free-range chicken bone broth, add four bay leaves, five peppercorns and salt.
  • The vegetables should now cook in simmering water for half an hour. Add the alphabet noodles and wait until they are cooked. Now you can serve your freshly cooked chicken soup.
