Tomato Cheese Ramen

We experimented wildly and have a ramen recipe for you a special kind. If you've never been able to decide between pizza and Asian when ordering food, you can have both in one here! This is what it is Recipe as simple as you can hardly imagine and combines 2 of our broths as an aromatic base.

    Ingredients for the ramen:

    • Ramen noodles
    • 1/2 bottle of sun tomato broth
    • 1/2 bottle Litte Hot Chicken Bone Broth
    • 1 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 pinch of oregano
    • For the toppings:
    • 1 egg
    • fresh basil
    • sun-dried tomatoes
    • 2 tbsp parmesan

    And so it goes:

    • Mix both broths in a pot and heat with tomato paste and oregano.
    • Cook the pasta and egg in the same pot in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
    • Distribute the noodles in a bowl and pour in the broth.
    • Peel the egg, halve it and serve with the remaining toppings.
