TanTan Bowl

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 150g minced pork
  • 1 tbsp TanTan BBQ seasoning
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 500ml Organic Ramen Tonkotsu Style
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 150g pasta, cooked according to package instructions
  • Salt
  • 80g roasted peanuts, chopped finely
  • 2 spring onions, cut into rings
  • Sesame oil for seasoning
  • ½ bunch of coriander greens, roughly picked

And so it goes:

  • Fry the minced meat in clarified butter with garlic, ginger and the Tantan spice until crumbly.
  • Add half of the spring onions and fry. Deglaze the meat with the ramen base, soy sauce and red wine vinegar and let it reduce for 2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles and mix thoroughly with the peanuts and remaining spring onions. Arrange in a deep bowl and top with coriander and sesame oil.
