Spicy salsa with grass-fed beef bone broth for nachos

Feeling snacky? What luck, with this recipe you have the perfect last minute dip in no time. Loaded nachos have been trendy for years. The nice thing: they can be varied as you wish. Mix and match - whatever tastes good is allowed.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250ml organic pastured beef bone broth
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ onion
  • 2 fresh jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • salt and pepper

And so it goes:

  • Drain the tomatoes well in a sieve and then put them in a pot with your finely chopped pepper and onion. Pour the whole thing over with our organic pastured beef bone broth and let everything boil down well.2122 Cut the jalapeños into fine slices and add them. At the very end, season your salsa with a little sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
