Who said salads are just a side dish? Our salad of the month is the star of the show! Fresh grapefruit, tender radicchio and the greens of your dreams (Thai basil, coriander or classic basil) merge with creamy burrata and our aromatic “Dark Chili Crunch”. Are you ready for this symphony of flavors? 😋

Easily enough for 2 connoisseurs:

  • 1x grapefruit or blood orange
  • 1x small radicchio
  • Handful of Thai basil, coriander or classic basil
  • 1x burrata
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp Dark Chili Crunch

And so it goes:

  • Fillet the grapefruit and save the juice for the dressing!
  • Roughly pluck the radicchio – the wilder, the better!
  • Grab your favorite greens and throw them in the bowl!
  • Shake it, baby: Stir together grapefruit juice, olive oil, salt, honey and Chili Crunch Dark!
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything well.
  • Salad on the plate, burrata on top and finally: Chili Crunch Dark for the wow effect!
  • Serve, marvel, enjoy! Tip: More Chili Crunch Dark = more party in your mouth! 🎉
