Heat the broth in a pot. In the meantime, cook a waxy egg (6 minutes), chop and fry the mushrooms and blanch the pak choi.
When everything is prepared, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Serve the finished noodles with the broth, mushrooms, bok choy, egg, spring onions and nori leaves. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
