🍲 Quick, easy and incredibly delicious – that's the best way to describe our Quick PHỞ! 🍜 Do you fancy a culinary adventure that will send your taste buds into ecstasy? Then let's dive into the world of Vietnamese flavors together.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 150-200 g rice noodles
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 525ml J.Kinski BIO PHỞ or BIO PHỞ BÒ (1 bottle)
  • Handful of herbs (e.g. Thai basil, mint, Vietnamese long coriander
  • 100 g steak (beef), cut into thin strips
  • 100 g boiled beef, cut into thin slices
  • 1-2 chilies, cut into fine rings
  • Sprouts (optional
  • Fish sauce
  • Lime wedges

ZUBEREITUNG

  • Soak the rice noodles in cold water for 15-20 minutes until soft. Then drain.
  • Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Season the onion strips with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and let them simmer for 10 minutes to make them milder and more aromatic.
  • Tear the herbs (Thai basil, mint, Vietnamese long coriander) into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Cut the steak into thin strips and the boiled fillet into thin slices.
  • Cut the chilies into thin rings.
  • Heat the ORGANIC PHỞ (BÒ) in a pot.
  • Cook the rice noodles in lightly salted water, drain and place in a large soup bowl.
  • Pour the hot broth over the rice noodles.
  • Fill the soup with the prepared ingredients: Place the steak strips, boiled beef slices, onions, herbs and chilies on the broth.
  • If desired, add sprouts.
  • Serve the Pho with a good fish sauce and a few squeezes of fresh lime. Each guest can season the soup to their taste.
