Mushroom Potato Kebab Pan by @momosdailykitchen

What great customers we have! Momo not only develops really great recipes, he also tops them with our broths. This time there is a mushroom and potato kebab pan, which also works pretty well as a vegetarian version. What do you need for this?

Ingredients for 2 large portions:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • Chicken kebab (or vegan, whatever you like)
  • 525 ml mushroom vegetable broth from @j.kinski
  • Parsley
  • Salt, pepper, chili

And so it goes:

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, cook for 10 minutes. Dice 1/2 red onion and fry. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and add them to the onions.
  • Sear both of them, remove them from the pan and let them rest briefly. Cut the peppers into strips and fry until crispy with the chicken kebab.
  • Now put everything together in the pan and season with salt, pepper and chili. Add boiled potatoes and mushroom vegetable broth.
  • The entire pan can now simmer for another 10 minutes. FEEERTY!
  • Serving suggestion from Momo: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top and enjoy.
