You can't hide more vegetables in the best tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

  • 500ml tomato broth children's edition
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini + 1 pepper
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • fresh basil
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • Pepper salt
  • Pinch of cane sugar
  • olive oil
  • Pasta of your choice

And so it goes:

  • First, cut the vegetables into small pieces and sweat them with a little olive oil over medium heat. As soon as the vegetables are a little translucent, add the tomato paste and cherry tomatoes as well as a little oregano if desired. Let everything simmer a little until the tomatoes slowly collapse.
  • Now add the sun tomato broth and let everything simmer on your stove at a low temperature for about 20 minutes. Then use your hand blender and chop everything into a fine sauce.
  • Now you can season everything with salt, pepper and a pinch of cane sugar. You cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. It tastes best served with fresh basil and parmesan!
