You can't hide more vegetables in the best tomato sauce
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
500ml tomato broth children's edition
15-20 cherry tomatoes
2 carrots
1 zucchini + 1 pepper
2 tsp oregano
fresh basil
4 tbsp tomato paste
Pepper salt
Pinch of cane sugar
olive oil
Pasta of your choice

First, cut the vegetables into small pieces and sweat them with a little olive oil over medium heat. As soon as the vegetables are a little translucent, add the tomato paste and cherry tomatoes as well as a little oregano if desired. Let everything simmer a little until the tomatoes slowly collapse.
Now add the sun tomato broth and let everything simmer on your stove at a low temperature for about 20 minutes. Then use your hand blender and chop everything into a fine sauce.
Now you can season everything with salt, pepper and a pinch of cane sugar. You cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. It tastes best served with fresh basil and parmesan!
