Cheese Ramen Tonkotsu

Our Cheese Ramen Tonkotsu are not only prepared in just 5 minutes, but also use a handful of ingredients: Tonkotsu, Edam cheese, spring onions and ramen. If you want, you can even increase the fusion factor a bit and add Vienna sausages or bacon, for example. Hearty, filling and delicious!


  • 525ml tonkotsu
  • 1 tbsp organic chili crunch
  • 100g Edam
  • Spring onions
  • 200g ramen
  • If you like: a few more wieners or bacon
  • 2 tbsp butter

And so it goes:

  • If you're at the start: Cut the Viennese or bacon and fry it in butter.
  • Deglaze with tonkotsu, add the ramen and cook in the broth according to the package instructions.
  • Stir in organic chili crunch.
  • Dice the Edam cheese and add it two minutes before the ramen is ready.
  • Divide everything between two bowls and sprinkle with the sliced ​​spring onions.
