Hand cut tartare 🥩

Beef tartare meets chili mayonnaise: a culinary masterpiece! 🥩🌶️ You think tartare is just raw meat? Not even close! It is the art of transforming fresh ingredients into a harmonious taste experience.

Ingredients for 2 gourmets:

  • 400g bread roll
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1x egg yolk
  • 1x shallots
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • half a lemon
  • Capers
  • chives
  • mayonnaise
  • Lusty Chili Jam
  • Flame Basco

And so it goes:

  • Dice the bread roll finely and add a little salt
  • Add egg yolks, shallots, mustard, ketchup, lemon juice, capers and chives and mix lovingly.
  • Spicy mayo: Mix mayonnaise with Lusty Chili Jäm and refine with Flame Basco.
  • To serve: Top freshly toasted bread with mayo & tartare & ENJOY!! 😋
