Gegrillter Brokkoli

Grilled broccoli

Broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables and is called the king of the vegetable world. Nevertheless, it passionately polarizes tastes, because many of us know it overcooked in a bland cream sauce. On our table it appears crispy and nice to bite into. With his radiant appearance he rightly proves that he is the bearer of the title.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 2 large broccoli
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp chili crunch

And so it goes:

  • Bring salted water to the boil in a pot. In the meantime, divide the broccoli into large florets. Then cut these in half so that the cut surfaces are as long as possible. The roasting patterns give the salad its attractive texture.
  • Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for a maximum of 2 minutes. Drain the water and drain the broccoli. It is important that the broccoli retains its bite and bright green color.
  • Grill the broccoli in batches on the preheated grill. Arrange loosely in a bowl with the lemon wedges, sprinkle with salt and generously drizzle with the Spicy Chili Crunch.
