Chili ramen with pork belly and umami

In the cold season, almost nothing tastes better than a nice, spicy ramen with pork belly! Here's the recipe for you à la J.Kinski.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 525ml Organic Ramen Tonkotsu Style
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • chili
  • 250g ramen noodles
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200g pork belly
  • Organic Chili Crunch
  • Umami Royal spice blend

And so it goes:

  • Finely chop the garlic and onions and heat them with a little oil, then add the chopped chilli. By roasting you activate the chili flavors!
  • With the J.Kinski Organic Ramen Tonkotsu Style, we deglaze everything in the pot and then let the pork belly cook in it.
  • When everything is cooked: add tomatoes, spring onions and chili oil and season with Umami Royal. Complete. Bon appetit!
