🔥 Quick Hot & Spicy Noodles

Do you fancy a sensationally spicy dish? Then let yourself be enchanted by our “Spicy Power Noodles”! Our unique "OnFire seasoning paste" brings a brilliant seasoning without artificial additives.


  • 1 cooked chicken leg (also use leftovers from the day before)
  • Some oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp ONFIRE seasoning paste
  • approx. 150ml organic free-range chicken bone broth (for deglazing)
  • sprouts
  • Blanched broccolini
  • Kimchi
  • 2-3 tbsp mixed starch
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • Roasted sesame seeds
  • Spring onions

And so it goes:

  • First, cut the cooked chicken leg into pieces. You can also use leftovers from the day before to save time.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken thigh until it is golden brown and crispy.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of our ONFIRE seasoning paste to the pan and fry it together with the chicken. This seasoning paste gives your dish the perfect kick!
  • Deglaze with the organic chicken broth and simmer briefly.
  • Then add the crunchy sprouts, blanched broccolini and spicy kimchi. Toss everything well so that the flavors mix together.
  • For a slightly creamy consistency, mix some starch with water and add it to the pan. Stir well until the sauce reaches the desired thickness.
  • Now it's the turn of the cooked ramen noodles! Mix everything together.
  • Finally, to add the perfect crunch and flavor, sprinkle the dish with toasted sesame seeds and some spring onion.
