Off goes the rent:
- Sourdough bread, cut into artistic slices (freshly toasted or golden brown)
- Olive oil + butter for toasting
- cream cheese
- Lusty chili jam 🍓
- Drain boiled eggs (6 minutes) in ice water and carefully peel them
- Beetroot juice
- Mild + coarse-grain mustard
- olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Salt
- Green herbs: parsley, chives, dill and tarragon 🌱
ZUBEREITUNG
- Toast sourdough bread slices in olive oil & butter with a smile!
- Mix the cream cheese & Lusty Chili Jäm 🍓 and spread generously on each slice.
- Cut the eggs marinated in beetroot juice (the longer they are marinated, the more intense) and spread them on the bread.
- Dressing: Mix mustard, olive oil, vinegar and salt and drizzle artfully over the slices.
- Gently sprinkle the herbs over the top and serve and enjoy the sandwich with love
