Kabocha Pumpkin à la J.Kinski 🍂🎃 Get in the Halloween spirit with our Kabocha Pumpkin recipe! 🍲 Fits perfectly as a side dish or just for in between meals.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500g pumpkin
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 300 ml Dashi Umami fish broth
- chives
- Spicy chili crunch
ZUBEREITUNG
- 500g pumpkin: Halve, core, cut into wedges and bite-sized pieces
- Spice stock: Mix 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp soy sauce & 1 tbsp brown sugar and then heat with 300 ml dashi umami fish broth🥣
- Put pumpkin & stock in a pot, bring to the boil & simmer for 10 minutes!🍲
- Serve & sprinkle with chives
