"Chopped Sandwich à la Niçoise in Croissant" is a fusion of the Provençal flavors of Nice with a touch of sophistication thanks to our ORGANIC Gomasio seasoning. Ingredients for 2 croissants:
- 2 croissants
- 1 can of tuna in its own juice (drained)
- oil for frying
- 1/2 lettuce heart
- 2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- A handful of seedless olives
- A handful of blanched princess beans
- A handful of dried tomatoes
- ORGANIC Gomasio to taste

- First, cut the croissants in half and briefly fry them in olive oil until they are crispy.
- Take a large cutting board and pack all the ingredients together: lettuce leaves, tuna, Japanese mayonnaise, boiled eggs, onions, olives, beans, capers and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Now everything is put together and chopped finely with a large knife. So everything gets mixed up.
- Season your mixture generously with our ORGANIC Gomasio spice mixture. The Japanese sesame salt gives the whole thing the final touch that will have you licking your fingers.
