Magical Mushroom Ramen with mushroom vegetable broth 🍄

Don't worry, this mushroom ramen has no intoxicating effect in that sense. At best, it will give you the best ramen rush ever. Smoked duck breast gives the soup a hearty kick, the spring onion impresses with its fresh spiciness and our mushroom broth perfectly rounds off the umami taste. Anyone who doesn't have eyes as big as soup bowls hasn't had the chance to enjoy our distinctive mushroom broth.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 300ml organic mushroom vegetable broth
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 handful of shiitake mushrooms
  • 100g smoked duck breast
  • Ramen noodles black cabbage (steamed)
  • Radish (grated)

And so it goes:

  • Tender meat, strong mushroom vegetable broth and ramen noodles in one bowl - pure perfection. To prepare for it, we cook organic duck breast sous vide, but briefly searing it in the pan also produces a delicious end result.
  • The pasta is then cooked al dente according to the package instructions. What's really important is that they still have some bite. Then place the ramen in a bowl. Now heat the organic mushroom vegetable broth slowly for about 5-10 minutes on a low heat, but do not bring it to the boil.
  • Carefully pour the broth over the ramen, cut the duck breast into slices and place it fanned out on top of the noodles. Now add some grated radish and steamed black cabbage and use spring onions as a topping if desired. Alternatively, fresh savoy cabbage or shiitake mushrooms also taste very good with this ramen.
