Creamy Asian Soup with Tom Yam Soup base with avocado

Tom Yam - made BETTER than in many expert restaurants? Yes, that works. With our recipe you can create a sinfully delicious, creamy soup with an Asian touch in no time. Slight spiciness meets the wonderful sweetness of coconut milk, along with aromatic mushrooms and snow peas for a delicious bite, and fresh avocado for a balancing coolness in the mouth. Comfort food that goes straight to the heart and hopefully not only inspires us.


  • 300ml Tom Yam Organic Free Range Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 150g Champions
  • 1 onion
  • Ginger, fresh
  • a handful of sugar snap peas
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt pepper

And so it goes:

  • Cut your champions, snow peas and onion into thin slices and sauté them in a pot. Add some grated ginger and after two minutes, deglaze with our tom yam broth and coconut milk.
  • Let your soup simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, in the meantime cut your avocado into slices. Now you can arrange everything in your soup bowl and enjoy.
