Off goes the rent:

• Sourdough bread, cut into artistic slices (freshly toasted or golden brown)
• Olive oil + butter for toasting
• cream cheese
• Lusty chili jam 🍓
• Drain boiled eggs (6 minutes) in ice water and carefully peel them
• Beetroot juice
• Mild + coarse-grain mustard
• olive oil
• White wine vinegar
• Salt
• Green herbs: parsley, chives, dill and tarragon 🌱

And so it goes:

• Toast sourdough bread slices in olive oil & butter with a smile!
• Mix the cream cheese & Lusty Chili Jäm 🍓 and spread generously on each slice.
• Cut the eggs marinated in beetroot juice (the longer they are marinated, the more intense) and spread them on the bread.
• Dressing: Mix mustard, olive oil, vinegar and salt and drizzle artfully over the slices.
• Gently sprinkle the herbs over the top and serve and enjoy the sandwich with love
